The foundation has allocated USD 300 million for the initiative to be used over five years.
The centre was established with the aim of delivering hands-on practical experience for more than 2,000 engineers, both students and professionals, within the next three years.
Soliyana won first prize for her creation 'Mathstainment', a math learning app that also spreads awareness on the pandemic.
The conference is part of AWiB's annual effort to recap the previous year and herald in the new one.
