Ethiopian Airlines has been announced as the Customer Choice Airline of the Year winner at the National Customer Service Awards held in Accra (Ghana).
The airline received the award on the merits of its on-board and on-ground services as well as the key role it played in bringing Ghanaians stranded overseas due to the pandemic, back to their home country.
Aviation Ghana reports that the competition the airline faced was challenging but the quality of service for which it is renowned prevailed in setting it apart.
Commenting on the occasion, Area Manager Yemisrach Alemayehu noted that the recognition affirms the company’s customer-oriented approach and high standards. He also pointed to the new Accra-Lomé-New York service that was launched in October as another avenue for the airline to increase its standing with its Ghanaian customers.
